Absolutely magnificent work these gentlemen did on my apartment. They did exactly what they said they would do and the stains from the WD-40 that he said would not come out they came out I was totally amazed. I have utilized Eco Carpeting Cleaning since 2013. Their service has been excellent! Recently, I had something happen to my living room carpet. It lost the color, faded lighter than the carpet in the traffic area resulting in four small circles. I was devastated. Tried cleaning it myself and made it worse. I made a call to Eco Carpet for help to correct what I had done. A recommendation was made, but instead they took the time to come by and clean just the area of the discoloration. It was restored and I am so very very happy and relieved. Thank you thank you, Eco Carpet Cleaning! Nine years of excellent service and this just raised their services even higher to the top. I will not call anyone else for my carpet cleaning needs.

This is the second time I’ve used Eco Carpet Cleaning and I love the results. Randy responded to my call within 15 minutes to schedule my appointment. My carpets aren’t soaked, they dry in about 4 hours, and the carpets look and smell great. I am sensitive to fragrances but after cleaning, the carpets have a light fresh smell that is not bothersome or overbearing. I highly recommend Randy. He does an amazing job, is quick to respond and shows up when he says he will.

I just had my basement and basement steps cleaned, and I was absolutely wowed by the quality, timeliness, and professionalism of the service. Alex was able to get out some very tough stains (wax, ash, red wine, etc.) that I had been trying to get out on my own for years. Fabulous Service! Randy not only answered my inquiry in record time but was able to get to my job within a tight time slot. This was key to me because the carpet he cleaned is a short term rental and there was an unsightly stain that needed to be treated before our next guests arrived....enter Eco Carpet Cleaning! Randy treated not only the stain which completely disappeared but also the entire carpet that had other small spots. The carpets look great and his priced were excellent!
